
If you are interested in booking the Leap Frogs, please submit the online Leap Frogs - U.S. Navy Parachute Team Request Form as early as possible before your planned scheduled event. Event requests received during the Leap Frogs show year (April - December) will be considered on an individual basis in the event of other cancellations.

How to get the Leap Frogs to jump into your event
1. Submit the online Leap Frogs - U.S. Navy Parachute Team Request Form 90 days before your planned scheduled event.
2. Wait for the Leap Frogs to give you a YES or NO answer via Email.
3. If the Leap Frogs say YES, immediately complete and return, to the Leap Frogs, a formal document called, DD2535 Aerial Support Request Form

When all your documents are completed and checked by the Leap Frogs, they will assign you a "show scheduler." The show scheduler will assist in all: financial, logistical, operational and personnel matters between you and the Leap Frogs. The show scheduler will be your direct link to the Leap Frogs and will work closely with you, or your liaison, throughout the planning process.
